Welcome to Beansprout, an AI-powered application that lets users generate fun, creative offspring images using uploaded photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we (Tanzanite Industries LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company) collect, use, and manage your information when you interact with our app or website.

• Photos (including facial image data): We collect any image you upload (specifically facial images) to generate your simulated offspring images. Facial image data is considered sensitive personal data and is stored in anonymized form.
• Optional First Name, Occupation, Hobby & Favorite Color: If you choose, you may provide a first name, occupation, hobby, and favorite color when uploading each parent photo. No other contact information (email, phone number, address) is collected. This information is used only to generate a personality and name for the simulated child and is not used for verification, tracking, or profiling.
• Device Information: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system to maintain functionality, security, and performance.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics (features used, pages visited) solely to enhance the app experience. No behavioral profiling occurs.
  

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your simulated offspring images (using your facial image data). Facial image data is treated as sensitive personal data and is stored in anonymized form.
• Maintain and improve app functionality, security, and performance.
• Provide support or communicate with you when necessary (e.g., responding to deletion requests).
• Perform anonymous analytics to enhance the app experience.

Anonymized data may be temporarily shared with GDPR/CCPA-compliant third-party service providers for app operations, analytics, or research. We do not sell, license, or transfer your identifiable data to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain your facial image data only as long as needed to support app functionality (e.g., allowing you to retrieve past simulated offspring images). Facial image data is anonymized upon upload.

You may request deletion of any data (including facial images) at any time, and we will permanently erase all copies within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (stripped of identifiers) may be retained for trends or analytics.

Please be aware that Tanzanite Industries LLC operates in the United States and may process and store your data on servers located outside your home country. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

All facial images are anonymized before storage. However, no system is completely secure, so please avoid uploading any data beyond what is needed to generate your offspring images.
